Mercury is published to provide information about Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Miller Children’s Hospital and the Memorial Medical Center Foundation for philanthropic friends, auxiliaries, volunteers, patients, medical staff, employees and visitors. MERCURY highlights medical center programs and patients who have benefited from philanthropic gifts and grants to the Memorial Medical Center Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
The main lobbies of our adult and children’s hospitals feature walls full of beautiful plaques engraved with the names of individuals and businesses that have contributed $1,000 or more.
